This policy explains what information GenZ Arcade Café collects when you use our website — to book a slot, send us a message, or pay online — and how we use and protect it.
Information we collect
We only collect what we need to serve you:
- Booking details — your name, phone number, chosen activity, date, time, party size and any notes you add when you reserve a slot.
- Contact messages — your name, email, phone (optional) and message when you use the contact form.
- Payment information — if you pay online, your payment is processed securely by our payment provider, PayFast. We do not see or store your full card or bank details.
- Basic usage data — anonymous analytics (via Google Analytics) that help us understand how the site is used.
How we use your information
- To confirm, manage and prepare for your booking.
- To contact you about your booking or reply to your message — usually by phone or WhatsApp.
- To process online payments through PayFast.
- To improve our website and services.
Payments
Online payments are handled by PayFast, a State Bank of Pakistan–licensed payment provider. Your card, wallet or bank details are entered on PayFast's secure gateway and are never stored on our servers. PayFast's handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policy.
Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent your information. We only share it where necessary — with PayFast to process a payment, or where we are required to by law.
Data retention
We keep booking and contact records only as long as needed to run our service and meet legal or accounting requirements, after which they are removed.
