Terms & Conditions

• You can reserve a slot online or simply walk in. Online bookings are recorded and confirmed by our team, usually via WhatsApp or phone.
• A booking is a request to hold time for your chosen activity. We confirm availability and reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking where necessary — in which case any online payment is fully refunded.
• Please arrive on time. Late arrival may shorten your slot as we run to schedule.

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are shown on our pricing page. Prices may change from time to time.
• You can pay online at the time of booking through PayFast, or pay at the café when you arrive.
• Online payments are processed securely by PayFast; we do not store your card or bank details.

Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• Please treat our equipment, tables, cars and space with care. You are responsible for any deliberate or negligent damage.
• We want everyone to have a good time — our staff may refuse or end service for unsafe, abusive or disruptive behaviour.
• Children should be supervised by a parent or guardian while on the premises.

You use our facilities at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings, or for injury arising from misuse of equipment or failure to follow staff instructions and safety notices.

The GenZ Arcade Café name, logo and website content belong to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version always applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
